San Pedro Sula
San Pedro Sula is Honduras’ second largest city with little
over half a million people and it is the capital of the department
of Cortés, one of the eighteen departments of Honduras. San
Pedro Sula is situated in the Sula Valley, which is where most commerce
and traffic travel through. Named by the Spanish conqueror Don Pedro
de Alvarado himself in 1536 it still plays a major role in Honduran
