The Hotel de France is a five-star, luxury hotel located in the center of Vienna, on the famous Ringstrasse, one of the most beautiful boulevards in the world. Originally built in 1872, the hotel was throughly refurbished and modernized in 1988. After 130 years, the Hotel de France is still delighted to welcome guests from all over the world. The hotel is ideally situated near the traditional shopping area of Kohlmarkt, Kartnerstrasse and Graben. The Hotel de France has two onsite restaurants, a souvenir shop and an onsite foreign language cinema. FROM SCHWECHAT AIRPORT: Take the A4 highway in the direction of the city center "Zentrum" and continue along Schuttelstrasse, Donaukanal until Untere Donaustrasse. Turn to the left and cross Aspenbrucke, continue straight into Stubenring, straight on follow the ring until Schottenring. At Schottenring turn left into Hessgasse, then turn left again into the side street in front of the Hotel de France. Garage parking is available at the Votivpark-Garage with special rate for hotel guests. |
