For more than 135 years the Hotel Euler has been a famous, first-class hotel just opposite the main railway station of Basel. "This is not a hotel-this is a way of life," once wrote the popular writer Erich Kästner. The elegantly decorated restaurant, Le Jardin, offers a wide variety of specialties in a Mediterranean ambience. For drinks and cocktails, the famous Euler bar is open till late at night.
