Situated near the port, it is an excellent base for travel, with ferry connections to Capri, Ischia, Procida, Sorrento, and trains to archaeological sites, such as Cuma, Miseno and Pozzuoli. There is also the cable car to Vomera, and underground and bus connections nearby for Capodichino Airport.
