Take Bath Road toward Mondial Way by turning left. Pass through 2 roundabout take the left onto Great West Road.
Take the M4 ramp towards A4/Central London/Hammersmith. Merge onto M4 and turn right onto A4 which becomes Great West Road.
Go on Hammersmith fyover and turn left onto Talgarth Road which becomes West Cromwell Road.
