The three star Al Sharq Hotel is located Sharjah's commercial and financial center, with panoramic views of Rolla gardens. The hotel is set in a striking red high- rise building, with lozenge-shaped windows, 500 meters from the local shopping centers. Rooms are decorated with rich fabrics and white walls. All have minibars, complimentary newspapers and tea and coffee making facilities.
The hotel provides a courtesy shuttle bus to and from the shopping centers in Sharjah and Dubai, and to the nearby private beach, where guests can soak up the sun for $3 per day. Taxis to the city center are available 24 hours a day outside the Terminal 1 arrivals hall. Limousine hire can be arranged in the arrivals hall (journey time to the city center: approximately 10 minutes). A bus service runs to the city center approximately every ten minutes between 6 AM and 10 PM. |
