The Ponta Verde Praia Hotel has completed its renovation and it is now brand new. The traditional quality is still present in this totally rebuilt hotel, emphasizing the panoramic elevator with a view of the beach. The excellent location, right across Ponta Verde beach, is the most beautiful in Maceió, with its warm, clean water and white sand. The hotel is near the main tourist areas, bars, restaurants, discos, handcrafts shops and 24-hour banks. As part of the modernization, the reception area was enlarged with a lobby bar featuring Internet access and a plasma TV. The lobby still offers tables for games, rent-a-car service, boutiques and other amenities.
Enhanced attention to housekeeping and details provide the most in comfort and service to the guests. The hotel has 203 rooms, all with individual air conditioning system, cable TV, king- sized bed, refrigerator, telephone, individual safe, surrounding sound system, and 24-hour room service.
