| Description |
The Amelia Island Plantation is located on the northern East Coast of Florida. An island named after Princess Amelia, daughter of England's King George II, it is the only territory in the United States to have seen rule under eight flags of sovereignty. The Plantation's picturesque view is the only one of the few amazing benefits of the Plantation Beauty and play ability blend magnificently in a 54-hole golfer's paradise that includes more holes directly on the ocean than any other Florida Resort. Home of the Bausch and Lomb Championships, Racquet Park is a five star center with a first rate pro-shop. There's also a state-of-the-art Health and Fitness center with racquetball consultants. Well decorated comfortable rooms include all basic amenities. Savory dining can be found at any of the Plantation's five fine restaurants. There is history to visit all around you and an unforgettable southern hospitality at your door. |
