Keep Left at the fork in the ramp.
Merge onto MN-55 W.
Stay straight to go onto Minnehaha Avenue/MN-55.
Minnehaha Avenue/MN-55 becomes Hiawatha Avenue/MN-55.
Take the I-94 West ramp.
Merge onto I-94 W/US-12 W/US-52 N.
Stay straight to go onto I-94/US-52 N.
