The Sunchase IV Resort is a condominium property located on South Padre Island, overlooking the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The Sunchase is situated right in the shopping district on Padre Blvd. This property offers luxurious, fully equipped condominiums and a range of great amenities. The Sunchase IV is located close to numerous restaurants, so guest have numerous dining options for the times they don’t want cook in the condo's fully equipped kitchen.
All of the condo units are fully furnished and equipped with a washer and dryer, as well as a full kitchen. The property is also equipped with a fitness facility, sauna and steam room, as well as a racquetball facility, tennis courts, and an outdoor pool. All arrivals for Island Services need to check in at 1700 Padre Blvd. Wrist bands are for anyone between the ages 13-29. Wrist bands are the following:
Bahia Mar $25.00 per person
Florence I $25.00 per person
Palms Resort $10.00 per person
La International $15.00 per person
The resort requires a $50.00 per person security deposit due upon check in during Spring Break. The fee is refunded at check out pending no damages to the unit. Late arrivals must call the property to make arrangements for key location and entry code. Your friendly reservations agent can also provide this information if booking by phone. If arriving late, the property asks that you register the following morning.
